Life Coaching

Helping You Move Forward with Clarity, Confidence, and Purpose

Personalized guidance for individuals navigating life transitions, professional demands, personal growth, stress, and the pursuit of greater balance.

What It Is

Guidance beyond the therapy room.

Life Coaching is personalized guidance, accountability and practical strategy for people who want to move forward — through a transition, a demanding role, a season of stress, or a set of goals that keep slipping.

Coaching is forward-looking and non-clinical: the focus is on goals, structure and follow-through rather than diagnosis or treatment.

Important: Life Coaching is not psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy or medical care, and it does not replace care from a licensed healthcare professional. Coaching clients are not patients of the practice.

Why Work With Dr. Abdool

A physician's understanding, a coach's frame.

Dr. Abdool is a psychiatrist and physician-scientist who has spent her career at the intersection of stress, trauma and physical health. In a coaching relationship, that background informs how she helps you build routines and strategies that hold up under real pressure — while remaining clear about where coaching ends and clinical care begins.
